UAE's Dana Gas buys Centurion for $1.1-billion
Calgary's Centurion Energy International Inc. has agreed to a $1.15-billion takeover bid from Dana Gas PJSC, a United Arab Emirates-based energy company looking to expand its holdings in the Middle East after an agreement to distribute Iranian natural gas was delayed.
