'Let's not be quiet again'

LINA DHINGRA , TORONTOIn June, 2006, my mother was murdered. This crime was committed by my father, Ved Dhingra, who had been released from hospital after his fifth serious suicide attempt, a stab wound to the stomach, within one week. He had been diagnosed with schizophrenia in 1988.
