Fishermen, scientists disagree on state of cod stocks

ST. JOHN'S -- The first day of the recreational groundfish fishery along the coast of Newfoundland and Labrador this week brought thousands of boats into the bays and fresh cod home for dinners - but also criticism from scientists concerned about the fragile state of the province's cod stocks.
