Eagles running back Brian Westbrook missed practice Wednesday because of a sore knee and is questionable for the game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Westbrook missed practice last week because of swelling in his knee, but did play in Philadelphia's loss to the New York Giants in overtime. Westbrook rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown, and caught seven passes for 56 yards. He also had a critical fumble in the fourth quarter
