Jason de Haan‘s New Jerusalem, 2010, collaged book covers mounted on black linen, 182.9 x 182.9 cm. A floating city/landscape collage from the deconstructed covers of over 1000 1950s-80s science fiction paperbacks. Named for the Biblical City of God that descends from the heavens at the end of time. De Haan is from Alberta.
