Monday August 3 to Sunday August 9

Thirty minutes: Mr. Robinson

Craig Robinson, a standout on The Office, stars in a new TV show about a musician who pays the bills as a substitute teacher. Not the most original premise, but Robinson is funny and charming enough to make us interested. Premiere is Wednesday.

Sixty minutes: The Daily Show with Jon Stewart

Jon Stewart has been hosting the show since 1999. On Thursday, he’s calling it quits. His final episode will mark the end of an era in fake news, and may, if rumours are true, include a roast.

Two minutes, fifty-two seconds: Back to Back

The best thing about Drake’s new diss track, aimed at Philadelphia’s Meek Mill, who claimed Drake doesn’t write his own raps, is the cover art. It features Joe Carter celebrating the homer that won the 1993 World Series for Toronto over the Philadelphia Phillies. That’s trolling, Canuck style.

Two minutes, thirty-seven seconds: The 33

Antonio Banderas, Juliette Binoche and Rodrigo Santoro star in this uplifting (no pun intended) adaptation of the real life story of Chilean miners who were trapped underground for 69 days in 2010. Check out the trailer.
