The episode costars former 24 regular Rena Sofer as a linguist who comes to Allison’s assistance.
FASHION
What Not to Wear TLC, 9 p.m.
Hey, remember Mindy Cohn? Back in the eighties, the former child star was one of the most recognizable faces on television as the precocious Natalie on the top-rated sitcom The Facts of Life. Now 44, Mindy is still around and looking for work but her friends and family are critical of her “schlumpy” fashion sense. Style mavens Stacey London and Clinton perform their usual makeover miracle.
DRAMA
Blue Bloods CBS, CTV, 10 p.m.
Already one of the hits of the new fall season, this police drama starring Tom Selleck as New York police commissioner Frank Reagan has drawn notice for its unflinching plotlines.
