In most companies, however, IT departments stick to Windows-based machines, but Simone Chiaretta may be able to change that. Mr. Chiaretta, an Italian .Net developer, recently published “18 (almost) free applications” for the Mac, which includes text editors, FTP software, spreadsheets and a lot more.
