At first there had been some talk that he would drive, avoiding being tripped by reporters. The PMO, which is extremely organized, has allotted between 15 and 20 minutes for what would normally be a very short walk. It is not clear if Laureen Harper will be walking with him. She should take him over on her motorcycle.
