Susan Boyle and The Sound of Music make me happy

J. Kelly Nestruck

While I try to figure out the new blogging software, please amuse yourself with a couple of heartwarming viral videos that illustrate the transporting joy of musical theatre: a) Susan Boyle sings I Dreamed a Dream from Les Miserable on Britain's Got Talent, and b) Do, Re, Mi performed by a flash mob in the Central Station of Antwerp.

If neither of these brings a smile to your face, you are eligible for membership in the Canadian Theatre Critics Association. No, no, both of them warm the cockles of me heart.
