A native of Alberta, Trevor Grover grew up in the province's central parklands in a small community called Red Deer. The son of Mitchell Grover, a local businessman and commercial owner/operator, he spent many parts of his childhood taking trips with his father. From an early age, Trevor gained a deep and meaningful appreciation for the natural beauty of Canada, as well as its diversity, both geographic and cultural.
Attending public school, Trevor graduated from Hunting Hills High in 1997 and pursued acting at Red Deer College. After two eventful years of performance and learning, Trevor made his way to Calgary, ending up in a couple of different positions in the oilfields, first as a surveyor and then as a wireline operator. After leaving the industry to be closer to friends and family he became an instructor with Young Drivers of Canada and later returned to Schlumberger as a driving professional as well. Shortly after moving to Calgary, Trevor became the area rep for the Canadian Action Party, and an enthusiastic reader of Paul Hellyer's books.
When he's not working, auditioning for film or television or campaigning, Trevor enjoys jogging, spending time with relatives and friends, reading books on economics, keeping up with current events and the occasional get-away to Banff National Park.
