Tara owns and operates her own business in downtown Hamilton.
Much of her work in the community stems from her involvement with the non-profit charity, Children Requiring Immediate Effective Direct Aid (CRIEDA). She has been a director of the charity since its formation 14 years ago.
She is a graduate of McMaster University, with a Master’s degree in Political Science and has been involved with the Ontario PC Party for over 12 years, working in various Hamilton ridings.
Tara has also spent time in Queen’s Park, working in the Premier’s office in 2001. More recently, Tara was the Conservative candidate in the 2004 Hamilton East by-election to replace the late Dominic Agostino.
