The auction houses at the 2015 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance sold $390.6 million worth of cars, reports Hagerty. In total, 803 classic cars (58 per cent of the 1,386 lots offered) were sold with the average price of $479,557 and the median price of $96,800. This was down from last year's total. The most expensive car sold this year was a 1964 Ferrari 250 LM for $17.6 million, far short of the record-setter last year - a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, which sold for $38.1 million.
