Here's a look at some of the winners of the Lipper awards for fund managers for 2011, chosen from across a variety of popular asset classes.
The U.S.-based global fund data and analysis provider gives awards to fund managers for the best one-, three-, five- and 10-year annualized returns with lower risk levels than their peers. The awards are given in all categories defined by the Canadian Investment Funds Standards Committee. (The annualized returns provided are selected based on what category the fund won in (1-yr, 3-yr, 5-yr or 10-yr)
