Fund Objectives

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in securities of community small business investment fund corporations, which in turn will make eligible investments in start-up and early stage businesses whose focus is biotechnology and health care related. In addition, the investment objective of the fund is to return investors' capital by paying to them an amount equal to the subscription price paid for the Class A Shares on or about December 30, 2011.
