Lyle has been the in the investment business for over 27 years. Prior to managing the Tera Capital funds, Lyle was a Managing Director at Sceptre Investment Counsel Ltd., where he held various investment management and executive positions over a ten-year period (1992 - 2002). As a Canadian equity portfolio manager, he developed broad industry expertise in areas such as mining, chemicals, transportation, technology, utilities, communication and conglomerates. In addition, Lyle was lead manager of the Sceptre Balanced Growth Fund, which was awarded Balanced Fund of the Year in both 1996 and 1997.

Howard has more than 22 years of experience in the industry, holding senior level positions in technology companies and in investment banking. Howard brings application expertise and a wealth of investment experience to his portfolios. Howard Sutton graduated with a degree in engineering and received his professional engineering designation in 1985. This was followed up by an MBA and CFA. For the first ten years of his career, he worked with a variety of high technology firms in North America and Europe responsible for engineering, marketing and management. Prior to starting Tera Capital, Howard worked in the high tech investment community for three years as an analyst and as a portfolio manager with a major investment management firm. He currently serves on the boards of many technology companies. Memberships: TSFA, AIMR, PEng Ontario, Canadian Venture Capital Association (CVCA), Optical Society of America (OSA), Forest Hill Floor Hockey Association (FHFHA).
