Since March 9, 2009, Caterpillar has surged up $66.64 a share – adding 510.2 points
International Business Machines Corp. gained $123.20 a share – adding 942.5 points
Chevron has gone up $59.71 a share – adding 457.1 points
American Express is up $53.13 a share – adding 408.6 points
3M is up $61.88 a share – adding 477 points
But they can't all be winners: Hewlett-Packard is down $5.34 a share – costing the index 35.9 points. It’s the only current Dow component to decline in the past four years.
