Court ruling lifts Danier Add to ...

Danier Leather Inc. has come out of a trading halt on Friday to climb 5.5 per cent after the Supreme Court of Canada cleared the retailer of misleading investors in a 1998 initial public offering. The thinly traded stock has gained 55 cents to $10.50 after trading as high as $10.75 on the TSX on volume of 70,790 shares.
