(8:30 a.m. ET) Canada capacity utilization for the third quarter. Estimate is 82.3 per cent, up from 81.3 per cent in Q2.
(8:30 a.m. ET) Canada new housing price index for October. Estimate is an increase of 0.1 per cent from September and 1.3 per cent year over year.
(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. initial jobless claims for week of Dec. 5. Estimate is a decline of 266,000, a decline of 3,000 jobs from week of Nov. 28.
(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. import prices for November. Estimate is a decline of 0.8 per cent from October

(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. retail sales for November. Consensus is an increase of 0.3 per cent from October. Excluding automobiles, consensus is also 0.3 per cent.
(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. producer price index final demand for November. Consensus is unchanged for October and a decline of 1.4 per cent year over year. Excluding food and energy, consensus is an increase of 0.1 per cent from the previous month and 0.2 per cent year over year.
(10 a.m. ET) U.S. University of Michigan consumer sentiment for December (preliminary). Estimate is 92.0, up from 91.3 in November.
(10 a.m. ET) U.S. business inventories for October. Estimate is an increase of 0.1 per cent from September.
