Don Coxe, one of Canada's best known stock market prognosticators, joined us for this week's live discussion on Inside the Market at 1 p.m. (ET) Tuesday.

Mr. Coxe is the portfolio manager of the Coxe Commodity Strategy Fund and is a strategy adviser to the Bank of Montreal. He just announced that he is ceasing publication of his Basic Points newsletter after 20 years.

As one of Canada's best known commodity gurus, we find out his latest views on where oil, metals and agriculture prices are heading. But first off, he'll offer his perspective on what the U.S. election will mean for investors, and why those hoping for an Obama win better think twice.
