For this week's live discussion at Inside the Market, we're joined by Michael Craig, fixed income portfolio manager with Sprott Asset Management LP.

We'll be discussing his outlook for bonds and other fixed income securities, and how investors can adopt strategies to make decent returns even in the current low interest rate environment. He'll also share advice on how to prepare your portfolio for the inevitable climb in interest rates.

Michael, a CFA, has over 12 years of experience developing fixed income analytics, tactical asset allocation and fixed income management. Earlier in his career, Michael worked at Phillips, Hager and North, where he developed the analytics and research systems used by the fixed income team. Prior to joining Sprott, Michael was a Vice President at TD Asset Management. There, he co-managed over $11-billion in assets for various asset allocation programs, and led the portfolio analytics group.
