The stocks trades at 0.7 times tangible book value and 10 times earnings. The company is buying back stock and will be increasing its dividend over the next several years.

This is a global asset management company focused on property, infrastructure and renewable power. The company trades at 1.0 times net asset value, 1.2 times book value and has a yield of 1.8 per cent.
