who is buying and selling

Today, we revisit Agrium Inc. which we featured here on July 10 when we noted that the CEO at the agricultural chemicals company had been buying. Since that time, the company has bought back three million shares and the share price is up about 3 per cent as of mid-week. That easily beat the S&P/TSX composite index, off about 6 per cent. On Sept. 4, CEO Charles Magro was buying again, picking up 3,800 common shares representing a 36.5-per-cent increase in his equity holdings. The stock is a member of the INK Canadian Insider Index.
