The shares of paper packaging maker Cascades Inc. hit a multi-year high of $13.65 on Jan. 22. Since that day, the stock has tumbled more than 33 per cent as the loonie rebounded. However, following the release of annual financials on March 11, three directors have been buying. The largest buyer was Executive Board Chairman Alain Lemaire who snagged 10,000 shares between $8.45 and $8.65. He now holds just under 5 million shares of the company. During the week, Cascades also reported repurchasing 144,505 shares between $8.16 and $8.56 (not on chart).
