From talk radio to Treehouse, Corus Entertainment Inc. makes its mark daily across Canada via the airwaves. Now, some insiders are making their mark by purchasing company shares in the public market. On Dec. 5, director Catherine Roozen bought 10,000 non-voting class B shares at $18.43. A few days later, fellow director Julie Shaw bought 41,800 shares between $19.08 and $19.34. Controlling shareholder JR Shaw has also been buying. Between Dec. 2 and 8 he picked up 94,200 non-voting class B shares between the prices of $18.78 and $19.09.
