On the same day Mediagrif reported second-quarter earnings of 27 cents per share, up from 14 cents in the same period last year. Insiders have been buying after those two announcements. Since Nov. 16, insiders have been net buyers of 183,000 shares in the public market. Total net purchases amounted to $2,673,056. The biggest buyer was CEO Claude Roy.
