On Dec. 9, 2011, five insiders of Montana-focused Rx Exploration bought a total of 675,000 shares in the public market at 40 cents. CEO Darren Blasutti was one of the buyers, picking up 250,000 shares, which brought his total ownership to 1,250,000 shares. More recently, on Jan. 6, director Lorie Waisberg bought 13,000 shares at 37 cents. The company went through a boardroom shuffle last year that saw a new management team installed. This month, shareholders voted to change the name to RX Gold & Silver.
