Mood Media Corporation announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire DMX Holdings Inc., a U.S. provider of multi-sensory branding services, for $86.1-million (U.S.) in cash including net debt repaid on closing, subject to certain adjustments for working capital. The equity value of the transaction will be approximately $53.8-million.



Endeavour Silver Corp plans to release its 2011 audited annual financial results on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 prior to the market open. A conference call to discuss the results will be held at 1pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 21, 2012.



The Brick , which closed Friday near year highs, will hold a conference call on Wednesday March 21, 2012 at 10am Eastern Time to discuss results for its fourth quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 2011. Results will be released after markets close on March 20, 2012.



Brampton Brick will release its fourth-quarter 2011 financial results on March 20.



Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. a Canadian biopharmaceutical company, announced that it has accepted an offer of a $20-million (U.S.) financing from investment funds managed by U.S.-based Capital Royalty L.P. (Capital Royalty).



Mukuba Resources Limited reported that on March 16th, 2012 the Ministry of Mines and Natural Resources in Zambia published notice that Northcore Minerals Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mukuba, was in default with respect to certain licenses.



Mitec Telecom Inc. , which is trading near year lows, over the weekend announced its results for the three and nine month periods ending Jan. 31, 2012 respectively. Similar to Mitec's second quarter, fiscal 2012 results, several technical accounting factors affected these results, including accounting for Mitec's VSAT division as a discontinued activity.





Lara Exploration Ltd. today announced "very encouraging" results from the 2011 exploration program its 100 per cent owned Sami Gold Project in southern Peru. Andre Gauthier, President of Lara, commented, "The number and quality of the targets we're finding at Sami is very exciting and we believe that the project has the potential to develop into a world class epithermal gold target and possibly also a porphyry copper district."





Nightingale Informatix Corporation an application service provider of electronic medical record (EMR) software and related services, today announced that it has signed EMR license and service agreements with two government agencies totaling more than $1-million. Nightingale will commence deployment for both contracts immediately, with the deployment expected to be completed by Summer 2012.



Nevsun Resources Ltd. today announced the initiation of a common share repurchase program using the normal course issuer bid facility under Toronto Stock Exchange rules. Nevsun has received approval from the TSX to purchase up to 4,009,408 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 2 per cent of the 200,470,415 common shares issued and outstanding as at March 15, 2012.
