Endeavour Silver Corp. announced today record earnings, cash-flows and revenues for the year ended Dec. 31, 2011, thanks to the company's seventh consecutive year of growing silver and gold production, lower cash operating costs and higher precious metal prices.



Guyana Goldfields Inc. , which gained 2 per cent yesterday in edging away from year lows, announced that Claude Lemasson has resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company with effect on April 9, 2012 and as a director immediately. Patrick Sheridan Jr., Chief Executive Officer, will replace Lemasson on a temporary basis until a successor is appointed.



Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. , which rose 5 per cent to year highs on Monday, reported financial results for the three and twelve months ended Dec. 31, 2011. Fourth quarter highlights include: increased revenues by 27.3 per cent to $240.6-million as compared to 2010; EBITDA increased by 28.3 per cent to $14.6-million; generated net earnings of $9-million, an increase of $2.6M or 41.2 per cent; normalized diluted earnings per share of $0.42, up 35.5 per cent over the prior year.



Amaya Gaming Group Inc. said net earnings for the fourth quarter was $2.89-million or 6 cents basic earnings per share compared to a loss of $0.6-million or 2 cents in the year earlier period. Fourth-quarter revenue was $9.49-million, representing year-over-year growth of 353 per cent from revenue of $2.1-million in the fourth quarter of 2010, and sequential growth of 139 per cent from revenue of $3.97-million in the third quarter of 2011.



Huntingdon Capital Corp. , which is trading near year highs, announced annual and fourth-quarter 2011 results. Net operating income for the year was $38.9-million compared to $37.7-million in 2010. Funds from operations increased by $1.9-million to $17.4-million ($1.22 per share) compared to $15.5-million ($1.00 per share) in 2010, despite fewer properties in the portfolio in 2011.



Tinka Resources Limited , which closed Monday at year highs, said it drilled 56 m of 80 g/t silver and 8 m of 167.9 g/t silver at the Northern Extension of Zone 1, Colquipucro Project, Peru.



The Brick , which closed Monday just shy of year highs, will hold a conference call on Wednesday at 10am Eastern Time to discuss results for its fourth quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 2011. Results will be released after markets close today.



Brampton Brick , which was flat Monday, will release its fourth-quarter 2011 financial results today.



BSM Technologies Inc. posted quarterly net income of $90,000 representing a 203 per cent improvement over a first-quarter 2011 net loss of $88,000. The company also said that it had received resignation notices from directors Garry West and Robert Latham and announced its intention to proceed with a Normal Course Issuer Bid.



Poynt Corporation today announced that it has enhanced the functionality of the Restaurant vertical within the Poynt Platform by allowing users in the United States to view menus, order food and see available offers and discounts directly in the restaurant results list without leaving the restaurant vertical.
