Copper Mountain Mining Corporation said net loss for the year ended was $14.7-million or $0.13 per share as a result of changes in foreign exchange rates. Earnings for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2011 was $8.1-million.



Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd. , which closed up 4.5 per cent on Monday, reported additional assay results for 23 holes totaling 4,398 metres of exploration drilling conducted on its Shahuindo property in northern Peru.



IBI Group Inc said adjusted earnings per share for the fourth-quarter of 2011 was $0.23, compared with adjusted net earnings per unit of $0.27 for the fourth quarter of 2010.



Sprott Power Corp. , a developer, owner and operator of renewable energy projects, announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share payable on April 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 4, 2012.



Lanesborough Real Estate Investment Trust , which rose 9 per cent on Monday to close near a year high 66 cents, said it completed 2011 with net income of $5.04-million, compared to a loss of $9.32-million during 2010. The increase in net income mainly reflects a $13.2-million increase in "fair value" gains on investment properties under International Financial Reporting Standards.



Tanzania Minerals Corp. provided an operational update with respect to exploration at its Mrangi in the Lake Victoria Goldfields area of Tanzania.





DHX Media Ltd. , which was 10 cents below year highs yesterday, said today that it has signed its first content deal with Netflix, the world's leading internet subscription TV and film content viewing platform. The video-streaming provider has acquired three DHX Media-produced preschool series: Franny's Feet, Bo On The Go! and Mighty Jungle for its expanding kids' entertainment offering.





GWR Global Water Resources Corp. , which closed yesterday's session almost 2 per cent higher, announced today its partnership with Isle Utilities. Through this partnership, Global Water and Isle Utilities will be collaborating on the development of technologies and evaluating Global Water's U2U (Utility-to-Utility) certification program.







AeroMechanical Services Ltd. , which was just 3 cents below year lows yesterday, announced today that it has signed a contract with the largest business jet operator in Europe, NetJets Europe. AMA will provide the Automated Flight Information Reporting System and services for 30 Hawker Beechcraft 750/800XP aircraft.







Geologix Explorations Inc. today reports an updated resource estimate for its Tepal Project. The updated resource estimate was completed by Micon International Ltd. and reports a 324 per cent tonnage increase in the resource measured and indicated categories compared to the previous resource of March 16, 2011.
