CIBC World Markets has hired a new head of its global commodities trading group.
Arden Majewski will join CIBC as a managing director and will steer the investment bank's commodities trading business. He heads over from independent firm Mecuria Energy Trading America in Houston, and he has a history of managing trading desks.
Mr. Majewski will be based in New York.
