It recorded an operating loss of $26.2-million, compared to a margin of $9.3-million in 2011. The corporation's free cash totalled $264.1-million as of April 30, 2012, compared with $278.2-million as of April 30, 2011.

Torex Gold Resources Inc. (TXG-T) announced today its financial results for the three and six months ended April 30, 2012.
