Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. has entered into an agreement with Muscadine Limited for the sale of Tantalum Mineracao e Prospeccao Limitada, a 100 per cent wholly-owned Mozambique subsidiary of the company, and the associated tantalum rights. Cash consideration for the sale is $3-million (U.S.).

NFI declared a dividend on the common shares of New Flyer in the amount of $0.04875 per share, which will be payable on October 15, 2012, to holders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2012.

Largo Resources Ltd., which is trading near a year low 22 cents, announced a new NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource at its Maracas Vanadium property located 250 kilometres west of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.

Petroamerica, which is trading near a year high 21.5 cents, announced “successful” test results From Las Maracas-4 Well and plans for extra drilling in Colombia.

Synex International Inc., which is trading near a year high 53 cents, said net income to shareholders of the company for fiscal 2012 was $430,034 as compared to net income of $48,904 for fiscal 2011. Income per share for fiscal 2012 was $0.02.
