Nevada Copper Corp. has entered into a share purchase agreement to purchase an aggregate of 46 million common shares of fellow B.C.-based miner Mercator Minerals Ltd., representing approximately 17.8 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Mercator. Boyuan Construction Group, Inc., which is trading at year lows, announced that as a consequence of the delay in filing its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 and related filings, the Company is in default under its trust indenture dated February 27, 2009 with respect to the 11.75 per cent secured convertible debentures due February 28, 2013. The company has received a default notice in this regard.
