Aecon Group Inc reported its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2011. Revenues reached $2.90-billion for the year (vs. $2.75-billion in 2010), while adjusted earnings per share (basic) increased to $1.01 ($0.57 in 2010) and adjusted earnings per share (diluted) increased to $0.84 ($0.54 in 2010). The annual dividend was increased to $0.28 per share ($0.07 per quarter) from $0.20 per share ($0.05 per quarter).



Wi-LAN Inc. , which lost 3.5 per cent on Monday to go near year lows, will release its audited financial results for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2011, before the financial markets open on Wednesday .



Intertape Polymer Group , which gained 1 per cent on Monday and closed in on year highs, will release its fourth-quarter results before the start of trading Wednesday.



Morneau Shepell Inc. will announce its 2011 fourth-quarter and year-end results on Wednesday, March 7, 2012.



Nordion Inc. , a provider of products and services to the global health science market, will report its first-quarter 2012 financial results after market close on March 6, 2012.



March Networks will release its third-quarter fiscal year 2012 financial results on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 following the market close.





SunOpta Inc. , which lost nearly 2 per cent on Monday, will issue its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 2011, after the close of the stock markets today.





For the fourth quarter of 2011, Hemisphere GPS reported a reduced loss of $2.6-million, or ($0.04) per share (basic and diluted), compared to a fourth-quarter 2010 loss of $3.3-million or ($0.06) per share (basic and diluted). It reported revenues of $12.3-million, slightly up from $12.2-million in the fourth quarter of 2010.



Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. announced it has completed the expansion of its facilities infrastructure in West Central Alberta to allow previously shut-in liquids rich natural gas volumes to be placed back on production.



PetroFrontier Corp. announced that it has been awarded two exploration permit applications in the western part of the Southern Georgina Basin, Northern Territory, Australia. In an operational update, PetroFrontier said it believes it has sufficient capital at this time to drill both MacIntrye 2H and Owen 3, and to complete hydraulic fracture stimulations at both MacIntrye 2H, as well as the suspended Baldwin 2H well.
