Journey Energy Inc. made its debut on the TSX on June 19 with a $198-million IPO. Unfortunately, that was 3 days after the TSX energy benchmark had put in a multi-year peak. The stock has been under pressure this fall but the company's two top officers have been buying as the slide gathered steam. Over the last 30 days, CEO Alex Verge bought 144,100 shares at an average price of $8.30 while CFO Gerald Gilewicz bought 4,050 shares at an average price of $8.64.
