Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc., which owns and operates residential and recreational land-lease communities, recently completed a $20-million equity issue that will likely spur an increase in acquisitions, said Jeff Roberts, an analyst with Desjardins Securities.
Upside: Shares are reiterated “buy” and the price target was raised to $5.65 from $5.40. The funds from operations are forecast at 43 cents in 2010 and 47 cents in 2011. (Nov. 23). -
Aruba Networks Inc. (ARUN-Q )
Aruba Networks Inc. designs equipment used to build wireless local area networks. Aruba is at the “inflection point of a powerful, multiyear growth cycle as the company capitalizes on the wired Ethernet replacement market,” said Joanna Makris, an analyst with Brigantine Advisors. The company reported record bookings and strong growth during the first quarter of fiscal 2010.
Upside: Shares are reiterated “buy” with a price target of $12 (U.S.). (Nov. 23). -
Winstar Resources Ltd. (WIX-T )
Winstar Resources Ltd. is a junior oil and gas company operating in Tunisia, Hungary and Romania. The sale of its Canadian assets in September for $9.5-million eliminated the long-term debt and resulted in Winstar having $7.6-million in working capital, said Jennings Capital analyst Gregory Chornoboy.
Upside: Shares are reiterated “buy” and the price target was raised to $4 from $3. The 2010 cash flow is estimated at more than $30-million. (Nov. 23).
