Premiere Global Services Reports First Quarter 2010 Results: Revenues $146.4M, Non-GAAP Diluted EPS from Continuing Operations $0.19*16:05 EDT Thursday, April 22, 2010 ATLANTA (Business Wire) -- Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI), a leading provider of meeting and collaboration solutions, today announced results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010. Consolidated net revenues totaled $146.4 million in the first quarter of 2010, including $112.5 million from the Company's PGiMeet solutions. In the first quarter of 2010, diluted EPS from continuing operations was $0.13, and non-GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations was $0.19.* In the first quarter of 2009, consolidated net revenues totaled $155.1 million, including $117.9 million from the Company's PGiMeet solutions. In the first quarter of 2009, diluted EPS from continuing operations was $0.19, and non-GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations was $0.27.* Results for the first quarter of 2009 are adjusted to reflect the Company's PGiMarket email marketing business as discontinued operations. “Our business trends continue to show signs of improvement, despite ongoing economic pressures,” said Boland T.
