(Business Wire) -- ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE: ABD), a world leader in select categories of branded office products, announced todaythat Thomas W. Tedford has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Product Development, reporting to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert J. Keller. In this role, Tedford will lead global marketing and brand strategy initiatives, web strategy, and social responsibility programs. In addition, he will be responsible for new product development and the management of the company's current product portfolio. Tedford has an extensive background in sales, marketing, business development and general management, as well as significant experience in the office products industry. Most recently, he was Group Vice President for Client Services at APAC Customer Services, which provides high-volume telephone-based sales, marketing and customer management services to large companies. He also served in increasingly responsible sales and sales leadership positions in the Business Services Division of Office Depot, and was Director of New Business Development and Strategy at the Sam's Club division of Walmart. He began his career as a sales representative with Wallace Computer Services.
