(Nasdaq: SKYW) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.04 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2010 on all shares then issued and outstanding. �The 60th consecutive dividend will be paid on July 6, 2010. �The Board of Director's regular quarterly dividend policy is based upon the Company's strong financial condition and confidence in the Company's ability to pay a regular quarterly dividend.SkyWest Airlines, Inc. ("SkyWest Airlines"), based in St. George, Utah, and Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc. ("Atlantic Southeast") based in Atlanta, Georgia are wholly-owned subsidiaries of SkyWest. �SkyWest Airlines operates as United Express and Delta Connection carriers under contractual agreements with United Air Lines, Inc. ("United") and Delta Airlines, Inc. ("Delta"). �SkyWest Airlines also has a marketing agreement with AirTran Airways, Inc.
