CF Industries Stockholders Elect Two Members of Board of Directors And Ratify Selection of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm15:41 EDT Thursday, May 13, 2010 DEERFIELD, Ill. (Business Wire) -- Stockholders of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF), meeting yesterday at the company's Annual Meeting in Wheeling, IL, elected two members of the board of directors and ratified selection of KPMG LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2010. Elected to serve as directors for a three-year term were Robert C. Arzbaecher and Edward A. Schmitt. Arzbaecher, who has been a member of the board since August of 2005, is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Actuant Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of industrial products and systems. He is chairman of CF Industries' Compensation Committee. Schmitt, who also has been a member of the board since August of 2005, is the retired chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Georgia Gulf Corporation, a manufacturer of chemical products.
