Gren Schoch ("Schoch") acquired ownership of 100,000 common shares of AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX:BOS) (the "Corporation") representing 0.418% of the outstanding common shares. The common shares were acquired on the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of $5.40 per common share. As a result of the acquisition, Schoch, together with joint actors of Schoch, collectively hold 4,389,491 (18.36%) of the outstanding common shares of the Corporation.
