Finavera Renewables announces $500,000 development loan19:08 EDT Wednesday, May 26, 2010VANCOUVER, May 26 /CNW/ - Finavera Renewables Inc. ('Finavera Renewables' or the 'Company') (TSX-V: FVR) announces that it has arranged a $500,000 unsecured development loan. The loan has a one year term with an annual interest rate of 12%. It is anticipated that 2,900,000 share purchase warrants will be issued to the lender, with each warrant exercisable at $0.10 for 12 months from the date of closing of the loan.Proceeds of the loan will be primarily used for ongoing wind project development and general working capital.
