We thank Mr. Fiume for his contributions to the growth of Retrocom. We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Michaeloff as President and CEO effective immediately. Mr. Michaeloff has been a Trustee of the REIT since 2008 and will remain as a Trustee.Mr. Michaeloff will be responsible for the overall strategy and performance of Retrocom. He brings over 20 years of broad based real estate experience with a particular focus in corporate finance, investments and asset management. Most recently, Mr. Michaeloff was Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasury at SmartCentres Inc. Previously he held progressively senior positions at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, Scotia Capital Inc. and the El-Ad Group Ltd.
