("Cequence" or the "Company") (TSX:CQE) is pleased to announce that due to excess demand it has increased its previously announced bought deal financing agreement detailed in its press release issued earlier this morning with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by FirstEnergy Capital Corp. and Peters & Co. Limited and including Cormark Securities Inc., Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Mackie Research Capital Corporation and National Bank Financial Inc. (collectively, the "Underwriters"), whereby Cequence will now issue 18,545,000 subscription receipts at a price of $2.10 per subscription receipt, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $39 million.
