(NYSE: AIZ), a premier provider of specialized insurance products and related services, today announced that it is underwriting and managing risk and compliance for the PlayStation® Protection Plan offered by Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (SCEA). The extended service program gives owners of the PlayStation®3 (PS3?) and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) systems the option to purchase one or two years of additional coverage beyond the one-year manufacturer's warranty.
