Constellation Receives Settlement Proceeds From Continental17:00 EDT Monday, October 04, 2010TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 4, 2010) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has received approximately EUR5 million from Continental Automotive AG ("Continental") relating to the value of certain tangible net assets acquired in the acquisition of the Public Transit Solutions ("PTS") business from Continental on November 2, 2009. The payment was based upon a report from an independent accounting firm confirming the value of the tangible net assets acquired.
