(the "Company") (TSX:CSY) announces that the Company's syndicate of agents for its initial public offering has exercised its over-allotment option and acquired an additional 950,000 shares of the Company. In total, the Company issued 25,950,000 shares pursuant to its initial public offering, yielding gross proceeds of $259,500,000.
