Capital Power declares quarterly dividend17:00 EST Wednesday, November 24, 2010EDMONTON, Nov. 24 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors for Capital Power Corporation (TSX: CPX) (Capital Power) declared a dividend of $0.315 per share on the outstanding common shares for the quarter ending December 31, 2010.The dividend is payable on January 31, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2010.The dividends are 100 per cent eligible dividends as defined by the Income Tax Act.
