Lincoln Electric Board Declares 10.7% Dividend Increase13:47 EST Thursday, December 02, 2010CLEVELAND, Dec. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LECO) today raised the Company's quarterly dividend $0.03 per share, a 10.7% increase, from $0.28 per share to $0.31 per share, or $1.24 per share on an annual basis.
